cabaran!

Salam to all...

ari ni baru terase nak menulis...sebab nye shaye tengah bengang tahap petala kelapan.sakit ati nye dengan incik tunang tuh.dush dush dush! ak nak marah tak leh marah so diamkan je and tulis kat sini.pasal bende kecik pun mau jadi isu besar.bersabarla banyak-banyak ye cik kikie.dah la dengan incik tunang banyak kerenah. projek paper kene tukar tajuk.proposal pun tak sempat siap lagi.serabut2.kat opis dah tuka unit lain.tambah lagi keje.dugaan~

ingat nak wat blog baru utk b2b..tapi macam malas pulak.so kekal jela kat blog caca merba and bersawang ni.even i have 1 year to go, my list for wedding preparation rase nye dh same tinggi ngan aku ni.1st mission to be achieved is to shed off 8 kilos from my weight.really need motivation for this.ibu main ugut-ugut.incik tunang mau kasi hadiah.adik2 pun jadi konsultan tak bertauliah aku ni ha.ni tips-tips yang aku dapat kalau nak kurus.tips yang biase kite selalu-selalu dengar gak tapi susah sangat nak buat except dgn very high determination and will

tips:

1) Jangan makan nasi
2) Kurangkan makan daging and ayam
3) Banyakkan makan sayur, buah and ikan
4) Sila la berpantang dari makan fast food
5) Never skip your breakfast
6) Don't take dinner.kalau lapar pun eat apples 
7) Exercise! (ni la paling malas sekali nak buat.huhuhuhu~)

Kalau agak-agak perut tak tahan tu jangan la nak diet ketat sangat.u can eat as frequent as u like but in small potion.disebabkan aku ni tak makan sayur (my family call me meatarian) so i have to eat a lot of fruits.

hopefully i can achieve my target.ibu dah keluar aura yang aku tak pernah tengok pun semalam so this is something serious. for her. by hook or by crook or by crane even by kereta lembu sekali i need to achieve my target.

1 year to go 8 kilos to be shed off. chaiyookkk!!!
